📝 Refund & Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & Refunds
We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation and refund policy is designed to be fair and transparent:
Full Refund: Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled tour or service will receive a 100% refund.
Partial Refund: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled tour or service will receive a 50% refund.
No Refund: No-shows or failure to arrive at the scheduled time and location will not be eligible for a refund.
- Involuntary Cancellations: airline flight cancellations due to weather or otherwise are eligible for penalty free cancellations and refunds. Please email us as soon as you receive notification from the airline/cruise of the disruption.
Refer to your order confirmation document for email and contact details to request a cancellation and refund.
Please Note: All refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. Depending on your financial institution, it may take 7 to 14 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

🚫 Please note: We do not accept cash payments for any of our services, in advance or on the day of the tour.
Booking Confirmation
All tours and services are considered confirmed only after full payment has been received. Once payment is complete, you will receive a confirmation email with all the details of your booking.
